Horse Creek Cracker Jack

Stud Fee: Private Treaty

Negative Brucellosis Required.

Horse Creek Cracker Jack is out of one of the last litters off of GrSqCh Horse Creek Beaver. Cracker Jack's dam was Hi-Jack's Cricket a sister to Henderson's Hooker. Cracker Jack is a littermate to Barger's Black Bart and Cosby's Timberdoodle. GrSqCh Horse Creek Beaver was bred to Henderson's Hooker many times with great success. Among those is Tim Cosby's great GrSqCh Horse Creek Monkey. GrSqCh Horse Creek Beaver was owned by Don Fondren of Savannah, Tn. Beaver was the best reproducing Riverun Feist stud ever. Beaver may well be one of the best Feist studs of all time. Don also raised and hunted Horse Creek Cracker Jack.

Horse Creek Cracker Jack hunts on the run, covers the ground quickly, is a hard tree dog, with a good loud mouth that you can hear well at some distance. He is like a spring wound tight he never quits hunting, nor slows down when hunting. I have hunted him in these hills in 20 degree weather for hours and he still wanted to hunt. This little guy is all hunt. Cracker Jack lives up to his name in the woods. Take a look at Cracker Jack's pedigree and you will see that he was bred to be a tree dog. A line bred Riverun male of this caliber is hard to come by.

We plan to have some pups available occasionally from a few select tree dog females.
